Overview
Halloran is the most pro-ready quarterback in the class — a rhythm passer who plays on time, manipulates safeties, and drives the ball with anticipation. He's not a runner, but he buys just enough time in a muddy pocket to let routes develop.
The arm is plenty, the accuracy to all three levels is there, and the processing is a clear plus. The questions are about high-end mobility and whether the ceiling is franchise-QB or high-end starter — but the floor is a plug-and-play passer.

Pros
- Processing. Reads coverage pre- and post-snap, works progressions, and rarely gets baited into bad throws.
- Deep accuracy. Layers and drives the vertical ball with touch and timing.
Development Areas
- Mobility. A pocket passer; won't create much off-script or as a runner.
- Under pressure. Accuracy dips when the pocket collapses early — needs clean footing.
